We have moved to using our 3D modelling to enhance our fabrication and assembly jobs. The 3D Printer is ideal for giving the client an actual output of the project for them to visualise and check before we create the final product. Our use of the waterjet has enhanced our accuracy for all jobs. We use it at every opportunity to get accurate and precise shapes and plates for our jobs. We use the latest Bystronic CAM software to ensure best utilisation of the sheet we are cutting with Common Cutting between parts and parts inside parts to get a best possible cut output from the material.
We also cut only with water softer materiuals such as foam with a 5 thousands of an inch water stream that ensures a beautiful clean cut. If you can cut it with a knife then water only cut is a great option.
For cutting Steel and Glass and Tiles we use the absolute best quality garnet to ensure a clean and fast cut. Our standard turnaround time for cutting is under 24 hours, and you can provide your own material if you want.
Our Welding of Stainless and Aluminium and Steel are done to a very high standard with European and German Welding Machines and the best consumables available.
